After you start the game for the first time, with the Pixelmon PE mod you will have to choose your first Pokemon, in our case it will be Bulbasaur.

To become a real Pokemon trainer, you first need to catch and acquire a certain number of Pokeballs, which you will subsequently use to catch other Pokemon.

Catching Pokemon

Pokemon different types will live everywhere gaming world, finding any of them will not be difficult. You just need to stock up on a large number of Pokeballs, and of different types. You will meet various Pokemon on your way, but pay attention to their level, if it is high enough, you won’t be able to catch it with a regular pokeball, use an ultraball for this ( crafting recipes above).

Once you have found the Pokemon you want to catch, simply take the Pokeball or Ultra Ball in your hands and tap it on the Pokemon.

Pokemon battles

In the upper right corner of the screen there will be a menu in which Pokeballs with all the Pokemon you have caught will be visible. If you want to fight with any Pokemon, pick up any Pokeball and tap it on the Pokemon you want to fight with. After this, a battle menu will appear at the bottom of the screen, with which you can control your pet.

Start

Pokemon spawn

Catching Pokemon

In order to catch Pokemon you will need Pokeballs. There are three various types Pokeballs, and each of them has a different chance of catching a Pokemon.

In this case I use Ultra Ball. Throw it like a snowball with a long press at the Pokemon to catch it.

Apricorn trees

Some Pokeballs require certain types of apricorns to craft. Apricorns can be found in the normal world and can be obtained simply by destroying them. This tree looks like the screenshot below.

Catching Pok?mon - catching Pokemon

All types of Pokemon will spawn at random and will be fairly easy to find. Before you catch one Pokemon, make sure you have Pok in your inventory? Ball. (See item ids and their crafting recipes above)

To catch Pokemon use Pok? Ball (just click it on the Pokemon you want to catch).

If the Pokemon has high level you will have to use Ultra Ball or Master Ball. Otherwise, the pokemon will simply run away and you will not be able to capture it.

And as you can see, with the help of the Master Ball I managed to capture Pikachu (Pikachu) - level 54. In general, you can catch up to 6 Pokemon

Pok?mon Battles - Pokemon battles

To start a duel, click on one of your Pokemon, which is marked in red, as in the image below. And then click on the Pokemon you want to fight against. At this moment, your Pokemon should be reborn, and a menu should appear at the bottom with some options for controlling your Pokemon.

Attack: Attack another Pokemon.
Pok?mon: will switch to another Pokemon.
Backpack: open the backpack.
Run: Avoid the attack.

In our case, we chose the option to attack Bulbasaur and was defeated almost in an instant. But don't worry. Pokemon can be healed in the PokeCenter

PokeCenter

A PokeCenter is a moving block that is used to restore the health of damaged Pokémon. Simply place a PokeCenter block on the ground and tap it with your Pokemon to heal it.

Pixelmon GO– a clone of Pokemon GO, where there is a search and capture of pixelated mythical creatures using GPS locations. The main task is the same as in the original - the development of the entrusted character from the first level to the highest. Experience points are earned by capturing creatures and fighting with other players. The principle of the game is simple and familiar - turn on the Internet, GPS, camera and walk around the real world, while on the phone display our protagonist moves through the real streets of a real city in order to get closer to the creatures that we must catch.

There are no controls, except for navigation in the internal store, capturing creatures using a trap and elementary combat, based on the “rock-paper-scissors” principle. The phone monitors the player's movement in real world and signals the appearance of pixelmons nearby. Also in the game you can fight with opponents and arrange fights in the arena, for which additional points will be awarded.

In general, the game is not capacious in terms of technical specifications, no lags or bugs are observed. But there are conditions without which it will be impossible to play: internet with good speed and GPS.

The graphics are not so great. The developers tried to make a bias towards the currently fashionable pixel art, but the result was the style of the eighties. It seems that the funds and capabilities of the present time were not enough. Advertising is not an annoying fly, but a kind of assistant, thanks to its viewing you are given a couple of cubes for catching creatures and nothing more. There is musical accompaniment, but nothing memorable.

Pixelmon GO is a game that decided to grab its piece of the pie based on the phenomenal success of Pokemon GO.
