Players take on the role of an elite soldier from one of four military branches. In typical ARPG type fashion, players traverse a world map that includes over 1,300 quests and over 85 individual maps. Leveling goes quickly though, and the game can be a bit content starved at the moment if you put in some solid play time. Dive in, gather loot, empty those bags, and repeat… and if you like guns, Metal Reaper has a TON of guns and equipment to collect and upgrade along the way. Some missions have players taking control of vehicles, gun turrets, or other high powered equipment to vary the monotony present in this game genre.

For those playing in English, the game’s localization leaves a bit to be desired and many Steam reviews point out that reading the game’s dialogue in a Russian accent helps entertain almost as much as the gameplay.
