Seal of Solomon, or Star of David

This is the famous magical seal of Solomon, or the Star of David. The upper triangle in her image is white, and the lower one is black. It symbolizes, first of all, the absolute law of analogy, expressed by the mystical formula: “What is below is similar to what is above.”

The Seal of Solomon is also a symbol of human evolution: one must learn not only to take, but also to give, absorb and radiate at the same time, radiate for the Earth, perceive from Heaven. We receive and are fulfilled only when we give to others. This is the perfect union of spirit and matter in man - the union of the solar plexus and the brain.

Five pointed star

Five pointed star

Star of Bethlehem

The five-pointed star has been interpreted in different ways, including symbolizing joy and happiness. It is also the emblem of the Semitic goddess Ishtar in her warlike incarnation, and in addition, the Star of Bethlehem. For Freemasons, the five-pointed star symbolizes the mystical center.

The Egyptians attached great importance to five- and six-pointed stars, as is clear from the text preserved on the wall of the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut.

Seven pointed star

Seven-pointed star of magicians

Repeated in the seven-pointed star character traits five-pointed. The Gnostic star has seven rays.

Seven- and nine-pointed stars, drawn with one line, are mystical stars in astrology and magic.

The Star of Magi can be read in two ways: sequentially along the course of the rays (along the line of the star) and along the circumference. Along the rays are the planets that control the days of the week: Sun - Sunday, Moon - Monday, Mars - Tuesday, Mercury - Wednesday, Jupiter - Thursday, Venus - Friday, Saturn - Saturday.

Nine-pointed star

Nine-pointed star of magicians

Nine-pointed stars, like seven-pointed ones, if they are drawn with one line, are mystical stars in astrology and magic.

The nine-pointed star, made up of three triangles, symbolizes the Holy Spirit.

Four components of the monad

This is a magical symbol called the monad by John Dee (1527–1608), advisor and astrologer to Queen Elizabeth I of England.

Dee represents nature magic symbols in terms of geometry and tests the monad in a number of theorems.

Dee explores the monad at such a deep level that he finds connections between his theory and Pythagorean harmony, biblical knowledge and mathematical proportions.

Spiral structure of the Milky Way

Spiral shapes are found very often in nature, from spiral galaxies to whirlpools and tornadoes, from mollusk shells to patterns on human fingers, and even the DNA molecule has the shape of a double helix.

The spiral is a very complex and multi-valued symbol. But first of all, it is a symbol of the great creative (vital) force both at the cosmic level and at the microcosm level. The spiral is a symbol of time, cyclical rhythms, the change of seasons, birth and death, the phases of “aging” and “growth” of the Moon, as well as the Sun itself.

Tree of Life

The Tree of Life in the Human Being

Tree of Life

The Tree of Life does not belong to any culture - not even the Egyptians. It transcends races and religions. This image is an integral part of nature... Man himself is a miniature Tree of Life. He possessed immortality when he was connected to this tree. The Tree of Life can be thought of as the arteries of a large cosmic body. Through these arteries, as if through channels, flow the life-giving forces of the cosmos, which feed all forms of existence, and the cosmic pulse of life beats in them. The Tree of Life is a separate section, part of the scheme of the universal code of life.

Armillary sphere (engraving from the book by Tycho Brahe)

A symbol of fertility (like the circle), as well as integrity. IN Ancient Greece the sign of the sphere was a cross in a circle - an ancient emblem of power. A sphere composed of several metal rings, illustrating the cosmogonic theory of Ptolemy, who believed that the Earth was at the center of the Universe, is an ancient emblem of astronomy.

Platonic solids

Platonic solids inscribed in a sphere

The Platonic solids are five unique shapes. Long before Plato, Pythagoras used them, calling them ideal geometric bodies. Ancient alchemists and such great minds as Pythagoras believed that these bodies were associated with certain elements: cube (A) - earth, tetrahedron (B) - fire, octahedron (C) - air, icosahedron (D) - water, dodecahedron ( E) is ether, and the sphere is emptiness. These six elements are the building blocks of the universe. They create the qualities of the Universe.

Planet symbols

Planet symbols

Planets are represented by a combination of simple geometric symbols. This is a circle, a cross, an arc.

Consider, for example, the symbol of Venus. The circle is located above the cross, which personifies a certain “spiritual attraction” that pulls the cross upward into the elevated areas belonging to the circle. The cross, subject to the laws of generation, decay and death, will find its redemption if it is raised within this great circle of spirituality. The symbol as a whole represents the feminine principle in the world, which is trying to spiritualize and protect the material sphere.

Pyramid

Great Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre and Mikerin

The pyramid is a symbol of the hierarchy that exists in the Universe. In any area, the pyramid symbol can help to move from the lower plane of multiplicity and fragmentation to the higher plane of unity.

It is believed that the initiates chose the pyramid shape for their sanctuaries because they wanted the converging lines towards the Sun to teach humanity a lesson in unity.

Star tetrahedron

Star tetrahedron

A star tetrahedron is a figure consisting of two intersecting tetrahedra. This figure can also be perceived as a three-dimensional Star of David.

Tetrahedra appear as two opposing laws: the law of spirit (radiation, bestowal, selflessness, selflessness) and the law of matter (pulling in, cooling, freezing, paralysis). Only a person can consciously combine these two laws, since he is the connecting link between the world of spirit and the world of matter.

Before we begin, we must pay attention to one very important aspect, otherwise you will never be able to understand what is being said here. No matter how much you want to understand the Mer-Ka-Ba through Sacred Geometry, this alone is not enough. The missing half is an experimental part and can only be experienced by you when you are in a state of love. Love is more than just a necessity, love is the very life of the Mer-Ka-Ba. Yes, yes, the Mer-Ka-Ba is alive. It is nothing but you, and you are alive. The Mer-Ka-Ba does not exist separately from you, it is you. These are energy lines that allow life force energy, prana, chi (qi, ki) to enter you and exit back to God. In other words, it is your connection with God, what unites you with God. Love is half of the light that swirls around you, and knowledge is the other half. When love and knowledge become one, Christ will always be present.
If you think that in these pages you will be able to find something useful for one of the programs of your mind, then you will never know the truth. Truth can only be lived. If you are looking for a way to gain the experience of living the Mer-Ka-Ba, this is what I offer you.

Chapter 13 Mer-Ka-Ba: description of meditation

A complete meditation consists of 17 breaths. The first six serve to balance the polarities of your eight electrical circuits and also to cleanse them. The next seven are completely different, they are needed to restore the necessary flow of prana through the chakra system and recreate in your body what is called spherical breathing.

The Fourteenth Breath is unique. It changes the energetic balance of prana in the body from third dimensional awareness to fourth dimensional awareness. The last three breaths recreate the rotating in opposite directions fields of the living Mer-Ka-Ba in and around your body.

Part 1. The first six breaths

Further instructions are divided into four sections: mind, body, breath, heart.

FIRST BREATH: inhale
Heart. Open your heart and feel love for all living things. If you cannot do this fully, then you must at least open yourself to such love as much as you can. Of all the instructions, this is the most important.
Mind. Begin to become aware of the solar (male) tetrahedron around the body (top towards the sun; for men the apex protrudes forward, for women - back). Imagine a solar tetrahedron around your body filled with bright white light. (The bright white light is like lightning striking from a thundercloud. It is not only the color, but also the energy of the lightning.) Visualize it as clearly as you can. If you can't, feel or sense the solar tetrahedron around you. Feel it filled with this energy.
Body. At the moment of inhalation, fold your hands into mudra: the thumb and forefinger on both hands touch each other. Lightly touch your fingertips, but not the fingers themselves, and do not touch other fingers or anything else. Keep your palms up.
Breath. At the same moment, having exhaled completely, begin full yogic breathing. Breathe only through your nose, unless otherwise noted. Just start inhaling first from your stomach, then from your diaphragm, and finally from your chest. Inhale in one movement, not in three steps. As you exhale, also release the air slowly, either by contracting your chest and relaxing your stomach, or by relaxing your chest and tightening your abdominal muscles. The most important thing here is that breathing becomes rhythmic, that is, with the same duration of inhalation and exhalation. Start with seven seconds of inhalation and seven seconds of exhalation, as the Tibetans do. As you become more comfortable with meditation, find your own breathing rhythm. The duration of inhalation and exhalation should be comfortable for you, but not less than five seconds, unless you have a physical problem and cannot do it for that long. Then, of course, do what is best for you.
The following are instructions for full yogic breathing, which are taken from the book “The Science of Breathing. Complete Guide on the philosophy of Oriental Breathing for Physical, Mental, Psychic and Spiritual Development” by Yoga Ramacharaka (Scince of Breath: A Complete manual of the Oriental Breathing Philosophy of Physical, Mental, Psychic and Spiritual Development by Yogi Ramacharaka, ~ Yoga Publisher Society, 1994). Perhaps the description given in this book will be useful to you.
“Breathe through your nose, inhaling evenly. First, fill the lower part of the lungs, which is achieved by connecting the diaphragm, which, as it descends, exerts light pressure on the abdominal organs, protruding the front walls of the abdomen forward. Then fill the middle of your lungs by pushing your lower ribs, sternum, and chest forward. Then fill the tops of the lungs, protruding forward top part chest and raising the chest, including the upper six or seven pairs of ribs.
At first reading, this breathing may seem to consist of three separate movements. However, this is a wrong impression. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered (contracted) diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the clavicle area expands in a single movement. Avoid jerky breaths and try to achieve a smooth, continuous action. Practice will soon take effect, and you will no longer divide the inhalation into three movements, it will become one continuous movement.
Exhale quite slowly, tightening your chest and contracting your stomach little by little, lifting it up slowly as the air leaves your lungs. (Author's note: Most teachers use the first method, doing the opposite, tightening the stomach, relaxing the chest. Either method is fine.) When you have exhaled the air completely, relax your chest and stomach. With a little practice, this part of the exercise will become easy for you, and the movement, which you once master, will be performed automatically.”
FIRST BREATH: exhalation
Heart. Love.
Mind. Aware of the earthly, female tetrahedron (the top of the tetrahedron is directed towards the earth; the apex of the triangle at the base of the tetrahedron is behind for men, and in front for women), filled with bright white light.
Eat different ways in order to connect consciousness with tetrahedrons. Some people easily visualize tetrahedrons, others cannot visualize them, but can feel them. Both methods are equivalent. Vision is a quality of the left hemisphere, masculine, and sensation is the prerogative of the right hemisphere, a feminine quality. Either method works, they are both absolutely equivalent. Some people use both methods at the same time, and this is also normal.
Body. Maintains the same mudra.
Breath. Don't hold your breath while inhaling to begin exhaling. Exhale quite slowly, about seven seconds, as in yogic breathing. After exhaling the air from your lungs without tension, relax your chest and stomach and hold your breath. When you feel the need to breathe again, after about five seconds, do the following.
Mind. Aware of the horizontal plane of the equilateral triangle located in the female tetrahedron at the top. This plane passes through the chest approximately 7.5 cm (3 inches) below the Christ chakra or solar plexus (see Vitruvius' canon before the first chapter). With an energetic push, like a flash, send this triangular plane down through the entire earth's tetrahedron. As you move down, the plane becomes smaller and smaller because it fits into the shape of the tetrahedron and pushes all the negative energy of the mudra (or electrical circuit) through the tip (or apex) of the tetrahedron down. Light shoots out from the top towards the center of the Earth. This light, if you can see it, is usually a dirty or dark color. The mind performs this exercise along with the following body movements.
Body. The following exercise is performed by moving the eyes, closed or open. Bring your eyes together slightly, or in other words, squint your eyes slightly. Now push them all the way up (looking up). This movement should not be excessive. You may feel a tingling sensation in the third eye area. Now look down, to the lowest point possible and as quickly as you can. You may feel a sensation of electricity moving down your spine. The mind and body must coordinate the above mental exercise with the eye movement. The eyes turn down from the highest position as the mind watches the horizontal plane of the triangle of the earth's tetrahedron move down to its apex. Then this plane will naturally take its normal position.
This combination exercise will clear out your negative thoughts and feelings that have entered that particular circuit of your electrical system. That part of the system that is associated with the currently used mudra will be cleansed. Once you have pushed the energy down the spine, change the mudra and perform the full cycle again for the second breath.
The next five breaths repeat the first breath, but with a change of mudras.

SECOND WIND
Mudra: thumb and middle fingers together;

THE THIRD WIND
Mudra: big and ring fingers together;

THE FOURTH BREATH
Mudra: thumb and little finger together;

THE FIFTH BREATH
Mudra: thumb and index finger together (same as in the first breath);

THE SIXTH BREATH
Mudra: thumb and middle fingers together (same as in the second breath);

The first part of the meditation, the first six breaths (balancing the polarities and clearing the electrical system) is completed. Now you are ready for the second part. Your feet will automatically come into balance. Therefore, only six balancing (and cleansing) breaths are used for the eight electrical circuits.

Part 2. The next seven breaths, recreating the spherical breath

A completely new way of breathing begins here. Now you no longer need to visualize the star tetrahedron. You need to see and work only with the breathing tube, which passes through the star from the top of the solar (male) tetrahedron above your head to the top of the earthly (female) tetrahedron under your feet. The tube passes from a point located at the distance of an outstretched palm above the head to a point under the feet, the same distance away.

Diameter of your tube equal to diameter a circle that is formed by connecting the thumb and index finger together. (Since everyone is different, everyone must have their own measuring stick.) The tube is like a glowing tube with crystalline ends that fit exactly at the top and bottom vertices of both tetrahedrons. Prana enters the tube through an infinitesimal hole at the very tip.

SEVENTH BREATH: inhale
Heart. Love. Another improvement can be used here after you have mastered this meditation.
Mind. Visualize or feel a tube running through your entire body. The moment you begin your seventh inhalation, imagine the bright white light of prana moving up and down the tube at the same time. This movement is almost instantaneous. The point in your body where the two rays of prana meet is controlled by the mind; and this is a whole science that is known throughout the Universe. We will, however, only talk about what is necessary to take you from the third level of consciousness to the fourth. You will be shown how to make the transition from third dimensional awareness to fourth dimensional awareness and move with the Earth as it Ascends.

In this case, you will direct two rays of prana inside the tube to a meeting point at the level of the navel, or more precisely inside your body at the level of the navel. At the moment of the meeting of the rays, which occurs just at the beginning of the inhalation, a sphere of white light/prana, approximately the size of a grapefruit, is formed at the meeting point located inside the tube, exactly at this chakra. All this happens instantly. As you continue to inhale the seventh breath, the sphere of prana begins to concentrate and grow, slowly increasing in size.
Body. For all seven breaths, the same mudra is used during inhalation and exhalation: thumb, index and middle fingers together, touching each other, palms up.
Breath. Deep rhythmic yoga breathing, inhale for seven seconds and exhale for the same amount, or in the rhythm that suits you best. From now on we no longer hold our breath. The flow of prana coming from two poles does not stop and does not change in any way during the transition from inhalation to exhalation. It is a continuous flow and will flow and flow as long as you breathe this way - even after death, resurrection or ascension.
The following improvement is optional. Don't do it if you don't feel the need to, but just continue to focus on love. Use the technique only when you are convinced that you no longer need to concentrate on how to do this practice. This is the technique I’m talking about: replace the feeling of love that you maintained throughout all seven breaths with the following feelings or qualities of the mind, holding them throughout the entire breath.

Breath 7. Love
Breath 8. Truth
Breath 9. Beauty
Breath 10. Trust
Breath 11. Harmony
Breath 12. Peace
Breath 13. Reverence for God.

This pattern is necessary to enter stargates such as those at the center of the Crab Nebula in the constellation Orion. Only a person (or spirit) who already lives the listed qualities can enter this stargate. The pattern has a field of subtle energy that will help you in the future. If you don't understand this yet, you will understand later.
SEVENTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind . The sphere of prana, centered at the navel, continues to grow. By the time you exhale completely, it reaches approximately 20-23 cm (8-9 inches) in diameter.
Breath. Do not push the air out of your lungs forcefully. When the lungs are naturally released, immediately begin the next breath.

EIGHTH BREATH: inhale
Heart. Love.
Mind. The life force energy continues to concentrate in the sphere of prana, which increases in size.
EIGHTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind. The sphere of prana continues to increase in size and by the time this breathing is completed it reaches its maximum value. Each person has their own maximum sphere size. If you place your middle finger on the edge of your navel, the line on your wrist that represents your hand will show you the radius of the maximum sphere. The sphere of prana cannot increase any further; it will remain unchanged even when we later form another sphere outside of this sphere.

THE NINTH BREATH: inhale
Mind. The sphere of prana cannot expand any further, so the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere, causing it to glow brighter.
Breath. As you inhale, the sphere becomes brighter and brighter.
THE NINTH BREATH: exhalation
Breath. As you exhale, the brightness of the sphere continues to increase.

TENTH BREATH: inhale
Mind . As you inhale during the tenth breath, the sphere of light in the abdomen will reach its maximum concentration. Approximately in the middle of the inhalation, at the moment of reaching the maximum possible concentration, the sphere flashes and changes its color and quality. The bluish-white glow of prana turns into the golden radiance of the sun. The sphere becomes a golden sun. When you complete the inhalation of the tenth breath, the new golden sphere quickly reaches a higher concentration. The moment you take a full breath, the golden sphere of light in your body is ready to transform.
TENTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind. At the moment of exhalation, a small sphere of golden light with a diameter of two brush lengths is filled to capacity and ready to expand. In one second, simultaneously with breathing, which will be discussed below, the sphere quickly expands to the size of Leonardo’s sphere (to the fingertips of outstretched arms). Your body is now completely enclosed within a vast sphere of radiant golden light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical breathing. However, at this point the new sphere is not yet stable. You must take three more breaths (the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth) to stabilize it.
Breath. At the moment of exhalation, purse your lips into a tube and forcefully release the air. Notice how your abdominal muscles tighten and your throat seems to open up. At first, you will feel the sphere begin to bulge as you forcefully release air through your mouth. At the right moment (usually after a second or two), relax and exhale all the remaining air through your mouth. At this point, the sphere will immediately expand to the size of Leonardo's sphere. Note that the original small sphere is still there. Now there are two spheres, one inside the other.

ELEVENTH

TWELFTH

THIRTEENTH BREATH: inhale and exhale
Mind. Relax and stop visualizing. Simply feel the flow of prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then spreading outward to a large sphere.
Breath. Deep, rhythmic yogic breathing. At the end of the thirteenth breath, you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important fourteenth breath.
The important thing to note here is that the original small sphere is still inside the larger sphere. In fact, the small sphere is brighter than the larger one and more concentrated. It is from this inner sphere that prana is drawn for various purposes, such as healing.

Part 3. Fourteenth breath

FOURTEENTH BREATH: inhale
Heart. Love.
Mind. At the very beginning of the inhalation of the fourteenth breath, mentally raise the meeting point of the two rays of prana from the level of the navel to a point located approximately two to three fingers' width above the end of the sternum, into the chakra of the fourth dimension of Christ Consciousness. The large sphere, along with the original small sphere, which is still inside the large one, rises upward to a new meeting point inside the tube. This is an extremely powerful movement, yet it is very easy to do. Breathing from a new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third-dimensional consciousness to fourth-dimensional consciousness, or from earthly consciousness to Christ Consciousness. It will take some time to feel the effects, but as I said, it will inevitably happen if you continue the practice.
Body. The following mudra is used for the rest of the meditation. Men place their left hand on top of their right hand, and women place their right hand on top of their left hand (palms up). The thumbs just lightly touch each other. This is the mudra of relaxation.

Breath. Deep, rhythmic, yogic breathing. However, if you continue to breathe from the Christ center without moving on to the next stages of the Mer-Ka-Ba (this is recommended until you connect with your higher self), then you need to switch to shallow, comfortable breathing. In other words, breathe rhythmically, but in a manner that is comfortable for you, where your attention is more focused on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube to a meeting point at the sternum and expanding into a large sphere.

Part 4. The last three breaths. Creation of the Ascension Tool

Previously, you were taught not to begin the fourth part of meditation until you had established contact with your higher self, which should have given you permission to continue meditating. We allow it to continue now, but you must remain open to communication with your higher self. This part of the meditation must be taken seriously. The energies that will appear in and around your body and your spirit have tremendous power.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: inhale
Heart. Unconditional love for all life.
Mind. Be aware of your star tetrahedron as a whole. It consists of a solar (male) tetrahedron intersecting with an earthly (female) tetrahedron. These two tetrahedrons form a star tetrahedron (the three-dimensional Star of David). You must understand that there are three separate star tetrahedra nested within each other - three complete sets of double (star) tetrahedra that are exactly the same size and look like one, but are actually separate. Each of them has its own polarity, masculine, feminine or neutral.

all star tetrahedra rotate around the same axis.

The first star tetrahedron is neutral in nature , it is literally the body itself. It stands motionless in one place, fixed at the base of the spine and never changes its orientation, except in special rare conditions that are not discussed here. This tetrahedron is placed around the body in a specific way according to the gender of the person.
The second star tetrahedron is masculine and electric in nature , it is literally the human mind. The tetrahedron can rotate counterclockwise relative to the body facing forward. In other words, the tip of the tetrahedron in front of you rotates to the left.
The third star tetrahedron is feminine and magnetic in nature , it is literally the emotional body of a person. The tetrahedron can rotate clockwise relative to the body looking outward, that is, the tip of the tetrahedron in front of you rotates to the right.
At the beginning of the fifteenth breath, as you inhale, mentally say to yourself the code words “equal speed.” This will cause the two unfixed star tetrahedra to spin in opposite directions at equal speeds. Your mind knows exactly what your intentions are and will do as you say. For every full revolution of the mental tetrahedron, the emotional tetrahedron will also complete its full revolution. If one makes 10 revolutions, then the other will also make 10 revolutions, but only in the opposite direction.
Body. Now and further we continue to hold the mudra with our hands folded in the form of a bowl (palms up).
Breath. Again deep, rhythmic yogic breathing, but only for the next three breaths. Then move on to rhythmic, shallow breathing. We will talk about this later.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind. Two star tetrahedrons begin to rotate. In the blink of an eye, they will move at exactly one-third the speed of light on their jutting apexes. You may not see it because of the speed of the rotation, but you can feel it. You have just started the Mer-Ka-Ba engine. You will not go anywhere yet and will not feel any exciting experiences. It's like starting a car but keeping the gearbox in neutral. However, this is a very important step in creating the Mer-Ka-Ba.
Breath. Curl your lips like you did in the tenth breath. Exhale all the air forcefully and you will feel the two star tetrahedra begin to rotate.

SIXTEENTH BREATH: inhale
Mind. This is the most amazing breath. As you inhale, mentally say “34/21” to yourself. This is the code for your mind to rotate the two star tetrahedrons in a ratio of 34 to 21. This means that the mental tetrahedron, spinning to the left, will make 34 revolutions, while the emotional tetrahedron, spinning to the right, will make 21 revolutions in the same time. As both star tetrahedra gain speed, the ratio of their speeds will remain constant.
Breath. Deep, rhythmic yogic breathing.
SIXTEENTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind. When you begin to exhale, the two star tetrahedra instantly change speed, increasing from one-third to two-thirds the speed of light. As the tetrahedrons accelerate, the following phenomenon occurs: the flat disk rapidly expands from the size of the original eight cells in the body (at the level of the base of the spine) to approximately 18 meters (about 55 feet) in diameter. And the central energy sphere, described around two star tetrahedra, together with this disk creates a shape around the body that looks like a flying saucer. This energy matrix is called the Mer-Ka-Ba. However, the resulting field is still unstable. If at this moment you see or feel the Mer-Ka-Ba around you, you will understand that the field is slowly swaying. Therefore, it is necessary to take the seventeenth breath to speed up its rotation.
Breath. The same as in the fifteenth breath. Purse your lips with a tube and exhale forcefully, it is at this moment that the speed increases. When you feel the acceleration, complete the exhalation with force. This action will result in an even greater increase in speed and stabilization of the Mer-Ka-Ba.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: inhale
Heart. Remember that throughout the meditation you need to feel unconditional love to the whole life, otherwise there will be no results.
Mind. As you inhale, tell yourself the code phrase “nine-tenths speed of light.” This is an instruction to your mind to increase the speed of the Mer-Ka-Ba to 9/10 the speed of light, which will stabilize the spinning energy field and do something else as well. The third dimensional universe we live in is tuned to operate at 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body revolves around an atom at this speed. This is what determines the choice of this ratio. This will allow you to work with the Mer-Ka-Ba in our third dimension, without having to have experience of the fourth and higher dimensions, which is very important in the beginning.
Breath. Deep, rhythmic yogic breathing.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: exhalation
Mind. The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the Mer-Ka-Ba.
Breath. The same as in the fifteenth and sixteenth breaths. Purse your lips and exhale forcefully. As soon as you feel that the speed has been gained, complete the forced exhalation. You are now in a stable Mer-Ka-Ba, tuned to the third dimension. With the help of your higher self you will understand what this really means.
Once you have completed the breathing exercises, you can immediately get up and return to your normal activities.

Try to be mindful of your breathing and the flow through your body for as long as possible until you understand that life is an open-eyed meditation and everything in it is sacred. However, it is advisable to remain in meditation for some time, from fifteen minutes to an hour. While you are in this state, your thoughts and emotions are greatly enhanced. This is a great time for positive affirmations. Talk to your higher self to discover the possibilities of using this special meditation time. We will discuss this in detail in the chapter on psychic energy.

THE EIGHTEENTH BREATH

I am not teaching you this special breathing. You must get it from your higher self. This is the breath that will take you at the speed of light into the fourth dimension (or higher if your higher self directs). It is based on whole number fractions, like music. You will disappear from this world and find yourself in another, which will become your home for a while. This is not the end, but the beginning of an endlessly expanding consciousness that returns you to the Source. I ask you not to experiment with the eighteenth breath. This can be very dangerous.
When the time comes, your higher self will prompt you to remember how to do this breath. Don't worry, the knowledge will come at the right time.
Now many teachers around the world have decided to teach people to move in their Mer-Ka-Ba at speeds exceeding the speed of light. This is their decision, but I feel it is extremely dangerous. Most higher selves will not allow this to happen, even if a person gives such a command. If a person's Mer-Ka-Ba really began to rotate at a speed exceeding the speed of light, then the person would become invisible to our world and would exist somewhere out there, in another world. It would cease to exist on the Earth of the third dimension. The time will come when such an experience will be appropriate, it will be called the eighteenth breath.....

The star tetrahedron thus represents the two poles of creation in perfect balance.

Universal symbols-images

A thing is just not because God wants it, but God wants it precisely because it is just.

Image symbols are often objects (things) or graphic images that imitate the shape of the creature or object with which they are associated. Their meanings are sometimes unexpected, but more often they are obvious, since they are based on a certain quality that is inherent in these objects or creatures: a lion - courage, a rock - perseverance, etc.

Arch, arc

Sacrifice to an astral deity (from a 13th-century Arabian manuscript)

The arch (arc), first of all, is a symbol of the firmament, the god of Heaven. In initiation rites, passing through the arch signifies a new birth after completely abandoning one's old nature. In ancient Rome, an army passed through a triumphal arch after defeating an enemy.

The arch and arc are common elements in Islamic culture. Often mosques have arched entrances. It is believed that a person entering a mosque through an arched door will be protected by the symbolic powers of the spiritual (higher) sphere.

Ba-gua and the Great Monad (charm against evil forces, China)

Ba-gua (in some sources pa-kua) are eight trigrams and pairs of opposites, usually arranged in a circle, symbolizing time and space.

Outweighing scales. The lung gives way. Heavy pulls

Libra symbolizes justice, impartiality, judgment, and assessment of a person’s merits and demerits. A symbol of the balance of all opposites and complementary factors. Attribute of Nemesis - the goddess of fate.

Solar winged disk (Egypt)

The disk is a multifaceted symbol: a symbol of creation, the center of the Void, the Sun, Heaven, deity, spiritual and heavenly perfection. The disk of the rising Sun is a symbol of renewal of life, life after death, resurrection. The disk of the Sun with the horned Moon or with horns means the union of solar and lunar deities, the unity of two in one.

The winged disk is a solar deity, the fire of Heaven, a combination of the solar disk and the wings of a falcon or eagle, the movement of the celestial sphere around its axis, transformation, immortality, the productive power of nature and its duality (protective and deadly aspects).

Rod, staff, scepter

Hooked staff and flail of Tutankhamun

The rod, staff and scepter are ancient emblems of supernatural power.

The wand is a symbol of transformation, associated with witchcraft and mysterious creatures. The staff is a symbol of male strength and power, often associated with the energy of trees, phallus, snake, hand (pointing finger). This is also an attribute of pilgrims and saints, but it can also mean knowledge, which is the only support of a person. The scepter is more ornate and is associated with higher deities and rulers, with spiritual power and at the same time compassionate wisdom.

Fortune telling scene depicted on the back of a bronze mirror (Greece)

Symbolizes truth, self-realization, wisdom, mind, soul, the reflection of the supernatural and divine intelligence reflected in the Sun, Moon and stars, the clearly shining surface of divine truth.

It is believed that the mirror has magical properties and is the entrance to the looking-glass world. If a mirror is hung with the reflective surface facing down in a temple or over a tomb, it opens the way for the ascent of the soul. In magic, mirrors serve to develop the gaze.

Snake Ourobor (Oroboro, Ouroboros)

Snake biting its own tail

A ring-shaped figure depicting a snake biting its own tail is a symbol of eternity, indivisibility, cyclicality of time, alchemy. The symbolism of this figure has been interpreted in many ways, as it combines the creative symbolism of the egg (the space within the figure), the earthly symbolism of the snake, and the heavenly symbolism of the circle. In addition, a snake biting its tail is a symbol of the law of karma, the wheels of samsara are the wheels of Incarnation.

Caduceus

Caduceus (Greek - “staff of the messenger”) is often called the rod of Hermes (Mercury), ancient god wisdom. This is a “magic” wand with small wings, which is entwined with two snakes, intertwined so that the bodies of the snakes form two circles around the wand, symbolizing the fusion of two polarities: good - evil, right - left, light - darkness, etc., which corresponds to the nature of the created world.

The caduceus is worn by all messengers as a sign of peace and protection, and it is their main attribute.

A star tetrahedron is a figure consisting of two intersecting tetrahedra. This figure can also be perceived as three-dimensional - often referred to as the Star of David. In fact, this is a Slavic symbol of love. Tetrahedra manifest themselves as two opposing laws - the law of the spirit (radiation, bestowal, selflessness, selflessness) and the law of matter (pulling in, cooling, freezing, paralysis). Only a person can consciously combine these two laws, since he is the connecting link between the world of spirit and the world of matter. In other words, the star tetrahedron represents the two poles of creation in perfect balance.

Circle symbolizes infinity, perfection, integrity, continuity, original perfection and completeness. This geometric figure serves to display the continuity of development of the universe, time, life, and their unity. Roundness is sacred as the most natural state, containing the self, the unmanifest, the infinite, the eternity. This is time, which contains space and the absence of time, like the absence of beginning and end, space, top and bottom. Like circularity and sphericity, this is the negation of time and space, but also means return, return movement. This is heavenly unity, solar cycles, every cyclical movement, dynamism, endless movement, completion, fulfillment, God. God is a circle whose center is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere. As the Sun it is a masculine force, but as a soul or psyche and as a symbol of the surrounding waters it is a feminine and maternal principle. Round or infinite symbolizes femininity, as opposed to the direct masculine paternal creative force bound by boundaries. At the same time, the circle is characterized by an orientation toward an invisible but real center. While the sphere as an initial state represents a cyclical state and movement, the cube is the final stage of this cycle in immobility, and symbolically fits into the circle.

Cube is a truth that is always the same no matter how you look at it. This is completeness, stability, static perfection, impeccable law. This is also a folded cross. In traditional architecture, the cube, as a symbol of stability, is used as the foundation stone of the lower part of the building, coupled with the roundness of the arch as higher power. In alchemy, the cube represents salt - a product of crystallization of sulfur and mercury. For the Chinese, the cube is the deity of the Earth, while the sphere is a heavenly symbol. For Jews, the cube is the Holy of Holies. In Islam, the Kaaba is a cube, stability, static perfection. For the Mayans, the cube is the Earth; The Tree of Life grows from the center of the cube.

The human mind is a thing in itself and, at its command, Hell passes into paradise, paradise into hellish burning.

Find yourself on the road, the one you found. Wait for yourself on the threshold that you have already reached. Take a step and leave the threshold in New world, loving this world, And see God in man... and recognize yourself in this God.

ʼʼBeloved! let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love has not known God, because God is love. (1 John 4:7-8)

“The whole earth had one language and one dialect.”(Genesis 11:1)
