And in such “wilds” it is difficult to understand where the employer transfers money from wages.

Let's reveal one secret: you can find out about employer contributions if you personally visit the Pension Fund. But that is not all. If you have SNILS, you can enter its data on a special website dedicated to public services, and you will learn about all contributions by the employer. To check the “money movement” in this way, you will need your passport details and insurance certificate. In this article we will tell you how you can find out about your contributions to the Pension Fund by entering the number insurance certificate, and we'll give you some advice.

Is money flowing into the Pension: we’ll find out from SNILS

As installed Labor Code, if you work, you are required to contribute funds from your salary to the Pension Fund. And if previously the Pension Fund sent citizens reports that indicated information about contributions for the last twelve months, now people have to find out about the movement of money on their own. Of course, they can send you such a paper. But you will need to fill out an official application, which is not always possible.

But there is a way out of this situation. Check such transfers to the Pension Fund using your insurance certificate number. Just come to the Pension Fund with your SNILS and passport, and the organization’s employees will provide you with all the necessary information.

Checking data on the Internet

If we talk about the government services portal, with which you can find out about contributions to the Pension Fund, such a page appeared recently. To obtain this information using SNILS on the World Wide Web, go to the page gosuslugi.ru, in the services you should select the required item. We are talking about pension savings.

The next step is to request an extract from the Pension Fund. This process will take very little time: you will receive a letter with information about your deductions. By the way, if you want, you can send such a statement to the printer so that the device prints the paper. You can perform such an operation in your personal account.

But if you use the services of a Non-State Pension Fund, you will not be able to find out this information. To find out about deductions, you will need to go to the page of your Non-State Pension Fund.

The Internet works wonders

You don't know your insurance certificate number and want to know this information? Let's say that you will not be able to do this using the Internet, because this information is confidential. To obtain the data, you will have to personally visit the Pension Fund.

Now some government websites allow you to check whether SNILS is valid or not. In this case, the pages usually ask you to enter data from your insurance certificate. And in short time provide information about the validity of the document.

Do all individual entrepreneurs pay these fees?

According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, all individual entrepreneurs pay pension contributions, regardless of whether they are currently operating and whether they are making a profit.

Being in the register of individual entrepreneurs is already a reason to pay pension contributions. This statement is also supported by the judiciary, despite the lack of understanding among entrepreneurs.

List of cases when no need to pay fees, quite narrow:

In each of these cases, an application and documents confirming the right not to pay contributions must be submitted to the Pension Fund branch, for example, in the case of the birth of a child - a certificate, a declaration confirming the absence of entrepreneurial activity, a certificate from the work of the second parent that he is not on leave. care up to 1.5 years.

What determines the size of pension contributions for individual entrepreneurs?

Amount of contributions to the Pension Fund for individual entrepreneurs depends on two factors: the size and income of the entrepreneur established on the 1st day of the year.

Calculation Pension contributions are made based on the established minimum wage of 6,204 rubles. This value remains unchanged for the entire year, despite the increase in the minimum wage from July 1, 2016 to 7,500 rubles.

On different systems IP income is considered to be:

  • – coincides with by .
  • – tax base for the year, taking into account adjustment factors (sum of line 100 for all quarterly).
  • – all income, including non-operating income. Regardless of the type of simplified tax system (rate 6 or 15%), expenses are not deducted.
  • – potential income for the year.
  • – all income taken into account in the tax base (line 010 of section 2 of the Unified Agricultural Tax declaration).

If an entrepreneur uses several taxation systems, income from each system is added up.

Calculation of the amount

Contributions to the Pension Fund are 26% of the minimum wage and 1% of income above 300,000 rubles. The rate of contributions to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund is 5.1%, regardless of the amount of income.

In the case where the entrepreneur is an employer, in addition to the above amounts, he pays contributions for each of his employees and for all cash payments for works and services individuals– citizens of the Russian Federation, for example, according to . In 2016, the basic rate of contributions for employees to the Pension Fund is 22% (for amounts above 796,000 rubles - 10%), to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund - 5.1%.

Depending on the type of activity and taxation system percentage of contributions to the pension fund from can be reduced. For example, for the following options, the contribution to the Pension Fund will be 20%, and payments to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund are not made at all:

  • IP on patent,
  • Individual entrepreneurs who simultaneously pay UTII and carry out pharmaceutical activities,
  • entrepreneurs using the simplified tax system if their activities comply with the types approved by law.

A complete list of all types of activities is contained in paragraph 1 of Article 58 212-FZ of July 24, 2009.

Calculation order

Amount of contributions to the Pension Fund calculated as follows:

  1. Minimum wage at the beginning of the year x 26% x number of months worked. If the individual entrepreneur was registered throughout the year, the amount in 2016 will be 6204 x 26/100 x 12 = 19356.48 rubles. For a month not fully worked: minimum wage x 26/100 x days worked / number of days in a month. This amount must be paid by December 31, 2016.
  2. If the income of an individual entrepreneur for the year turns out to be more than 300,000 rubles, an additional 1% of the excess amount is paid until 04/01/2017.
  3. The maximum amount of contributions to the Pension Fund for the year is 154,851.84 rubles. (8 x minimum wage x 26/100 x 12). This limit is relevant for annual income of 13.8 million rubles.

Payment of pension contributions by an entrepreneur without employees is required by law twice a year. However, in some cases it is advisable to make payments regularly, several times a year.

Individual entrepreneurs using UTII and the simplified tax system of 6% can reduce the tax on the amount of pension contributions paid. If OSNO or simplified tax system of 15% is used, the amount of pension contributions will increase expenses and accordingly reduce the tax base. The only exception is the patent system; here it is not possible to reduce the cost of a patent. Spreading pension payments in installments throughout the year also makes sense if the amount is difficult to pay in one lump sum at the end of the year.

If an individual entrepreneur has already earned 300,000 rubles by the middle of the year, 1% can also be paid in advance and taxes can be reduced in the same way.

The contribution to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund is calculated as follows: minimum wage at the beginning of the year x number of months worked x 5.1%. In 2016, for the full year, the payment will be 3,796.85 rubles. It must be paid by December 31, 2016.

Example

The individual entrepreneur was registered on March 25, 2016. His income for 2016 is 460,000 rubles. To the Pension Fund he must pay:

  • for March: 6204 rub. (minimum wage) x 26/100 x 6 (number of days of activity starting from the day following registration) / 31 (number of days in March) = 312.20 rubles.
  • from April to December: 6204 x 26/100 x 9 (number of months worked) = 14,517.36 rubles.

Total until December 31, 2016 payable 312.20 + 14,517.36 = 14,829.56 rubles.

The excess income was 460,000 – 300,000 = 160,000 rubles. 1% of 160,000 = 1,600 rubles. additional payment must be made by 04/01/17.

In total, pension contributions for the year amounted to 14,829.56 + 1,600 = 16,429.56 rubles.

The contribution to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund will be:

  • for March: 6204 x 5.1/100 x 6/31 = 61.24 rubles.
  • from April to December: 6204 x 5.1/100 x 9 = 2,847.64 rubles.

A total of RUB 2,908.88 must be paid by December 31, 2016.

Second example. In 2016, the individual entrepreneur received an income of 16 million rubles. On November 25, 2016, its registration was terminated.

The amount of pension contributions is calculated as follows:

  • from January to October: 6204 rub. (minimum wage) x 26/100 x 10 (number of months worked) = 16,130.40 rubles.
  • for November: 6204 x 26/100 x 25 (number of days of activity, including the day of registration termination) / 30 (number of days in November) = 1,344.20 rubles.
  • the excess income amounted to 16,000,000 – 300,000 = 15,700,000 rubles. 1% of the excess is equal to 157,000 rubles.

Total 16,130.40 + 1,344.20 + 157,000 = 174,474.60 rubles. Due to the fact that the amount exceeded the maximum amount of pension contributions for the year, the individual entrepreneur must pay the limit amount of 154,851.84 rubles.

The contribution to the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund will be:

  • from January to October: 6204 x 5.1/100 x 10 = 3,164.04 rubles.
  • for November: 6204 x 5.1/100 x 25/30 = 263.67 rubles.

Total RUB 3,427.71

All payments must be made no later than December 10, 2016 (15 calendar days starting from the date of termination of registration).

Rules for checking pension contributions via the Internet

Monitoring the correctness of payment Contributions can be made directly on the Internet on the following sites:

Control via SNILS

You can find out about your pension accruals directly from the Pension Fund using SNILS.

To do this, you must provide a passport, SNILS and an application for obtaining an extract from personal account in any form. In some Pension Fund branches it is possible to obtain information about the debt over the telephone; SNILS data will also be required for identification.

Responsibility for non-payment of contributions

If the Pension Fund discovers that contributions have not been fully or partially paid within the required time frame, the payer is sent a request for their payment. It indicates the amounts subject to additional payment, as well as penalties and fines. If the required deductions have not been made within 10 calendar days, the Pension Fund sends a collection to the bank where the individual entrepreneur’s account is located, and cash written off without acceptance. In case of insufficient funds in the account, the collection order is transferred to the service, which has the right to close the debt at the expense of cash and property of the individual entrepreneur.

Penalty for late paid fees calculated as 1/300 x refinancing rate at the time of payment (from June 14, 2016 it is 10.5%) x calendar days of delay x amount of debt. For example, if the payment of the amount is 10,000 rubles. was overdue by 14 days, the penalty will be 1/300 x 10.5% x 14 x 10,000 = 49 rubles.

Inspections by the Pension Fund of Entrepreneurs, which do not have employees, are overwhelmingly non-travelling, i.e. office. The correctness of the calculation of contributions from the minimum wage is verified on the basis of registration documents, and 1% of income is verified based on information on income received from the tax authorities. Based on the audit, a decision may be made to impose a fine of 20% of the amount of contributions that have not been paid.

For information on these types of deductions, see the following video:

For working citizens, information about how much is contributed to his pension account can become a test of the reliability of his employer. Also, the size of pension contributions can help the future pensioner at least approximately calculate the size of the pension. How can you check pension contributions and find out whether they go to the Pension Fund ( Pension Fund)?

All working citizens of Russia annually receive information letters from the Pension Fund, which indicate the annual pension contributions for the previous year. If suddenly a citizen does not receive such letters, he must contact the pension fund at his place of residence and leave a request to receive letters.

If you received such a letter, then you will find all the deduction amounts in it. Before you deal with the amounts, check whether your full name is indicated in the letter correctly, as well as the account number to which the pension savings are received. The account number must completely match the number of the certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

You can find out your pension contributions by personally contacting the pension fund at your place of residence. In order for a PF employee to provide information, you will need to present your passport and indicate your SNILS (insurance number of an individual insurance certificate).

Pension contributions can also be found online. To do this, you need to register on the Government Services Portal of the Russian Federation, go to the “Pension Savings” section and then track the amount of receipts to your personal account. To avoid problems with pension calculation in the future, if the employer suddenly made a mistake with the amount of contributions, it is better to control pension contributions from the very beginning labor activity

. No matter how you control the amount of deductions, keep in mind that this amount is made up of two components: savings and insurance. Insurance is the one that the employer pays, and the funded one is the one that the citizen independently transfers through non-state pension funds (NPF).

Here are more electronic services of the pension fund: http://www.pfrf.ru/eservices/

Recently, two ways have appeared to check the amount of your own pension accruals remotely:

  • on the e-government website on the Internet;
  • using the official mobile application.

You can view the amount of savings on the egov.kz resource. Moreover, certificates received on the site can help when applying for a bank loan and filling out documents for the tax office.

In addition, investors can independently control their savings. The certificate from the website egov.kz states:

  • status of funds in the account;
  • receipt of new contributions;
  • procedure for pension payments.

The only thing missing from the document is the amount of income from deductions.

To check your savings you need:

  • go to the website egov.kz;
  • go to the “Citizens” section;
  • then to Social Security;
  • after that to “Pension provision”.

To obtain the necessary data, you will need to register on the resource and provide your signature electronically.

Modern progress does not stand still. Due to this, another way appeared, how to check pension contributions in Kazakhstan.

Now you can check the status of your savings using the application on mobile devices. This was announced by Ruslan Erdenaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the UAPF.

UAPF went through the registration process with companies such as Microsoft, Google and Apple. Due to this, certificates were obtained for creating applications for mobile devices.

These applications, when the device is connected to the Internet, are able to communicate online with the nearest branch or call center and display the status of their accounts to depositors directly on the phone tap.

Using these applications, you can check the regularity of receipts of contributions, the status of accounts, income from investments and the total amount of all savings. In addition to all of the above, you will be able to view the locations of the fund’s branches and find out the news of everything that is happening at the fund.

The first thing you need to check the amount of pension accruals is to install the application itself. You can download it completely free of charge. In order to log in to the system you will need a password and login.

This may be the same data as when authorizing viewing statements on the e-government website, which is described above. Also, if there is no existing data, then to obtain it you can visit the nearest UAPF office. There you will need to sign a special agreement and after that you will be able to obtain all the necessary data.
