Unified social card of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Receiving the Unified Social Card Krasnoyarsk Territory (ESKKK) became possible in connection with the adoption of Decree of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory 223-p dated April 27, 2010 “On preferential travel for certain categories of citizens in public transport.” ESKKK contains banking and transport applications.

The ESKKK banking application can be used as by bank card PRO100, namely:

• replenish the ESKKK bank account both by transferring pensions, benefits, other types of social benefits, and by depositing cash or transfer;
• receive cash at any branch or ATM of Sberbank of Russia that has the “PRO100” service mark throughout the Russian Federation;
• pay for ESKKK goods in stores, pharmacies, gas stations and receive discounts both in the city at your place of residence and throughout the Russian Federation;
• make payments without charging a commission for electricity, public utilities, telephone.

The ESKKK transport application can be used when traveling on all types of city passenger and road transport general use (except for taxis) suburban routes, and in their absence - intercity (intradistrict) routes, suburban water transport, subject to the obligatory condition of replenishing the ESKKK. To travel along the ESKKK, you need to replenish it (activate the ESKKK transport application). Replenishment of the ESKKK can be done at any post office of the Federal Postal Service Administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory - a branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Post", within the territory of the municipality where the ESKKK was introduced, or at any electronic terminal (ATM) of Sberbank of Russia.

Procedure for replenishing the ESKKK transport application

The total number of purchased trips per month cannot exceed 60 trips. The card can be topped up for up to 3 months. In the first month, the replenishment can be in any variant from 36 to 60 trips, and in the next two months only 36 basic trips. Replenishment of the card after the current period has ended is possible from any future date not exceeding 10 days from the date of application. Unused basic and additional trips are carried over to the next month and are valid until they are fully used. The maximum number of accumulated basic and additional trips cannot exceed 120 trips. When you deposit the amount, you will receive checks issued by terminal equipment and a cash register. Receipts must be kept for the period for which the ESKKK transport application was replenished.

Replenishment of the ESKKK can be done at any post office of the Federal Postal Service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory - a branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Post", within the territory of the municipality where the ESKKK was introduced, or at any electronic terminal (ATM) of Sberbank of Russia. The replenishment procedure is established by a decree of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The maximum amount for replenishing the card is limited (for your safety and to prevent card fraud) and is 10,000 rubles.

Together with the card you receive the ADVANTAGES of a convenient non-cash system of payment for travel on public urban automobile and electric transport in the city of Krasnoyarsk:

1. pay for travel on a bus, trolleybus and tram using one card;
2. conveniently and quickly pay for travel, reducing payment time to 3 seconds;
3. stop carrying change and counting change.

Fare

The tariff plan is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If after 30 days the passenger has not used the tariff plan trips, they will expire. To save the remaining trips, you must top up the card balance with the same tariff plan before the expiration date of the current tariff plan, while the validity period of the second tariff plan will begin to be calculated from the date following the expiration date of the first tariff plan.

Changing the tariff plan is possible only after the expiration of its validity period or after the end of all trips purchased within the tariff plan.

After the end of the tariff plan, you can spend cash, located on the transport card (without tariff plan). Trips purchased under a tariff plan are spent first, followed by cash (without a tariff plan).

The transport card can simultaneously store funds and no more than two identical tariff plans. Simultaneous storage of the “40 trips” tariff plan and the “70 trips” tariff plan is not possible. You cannot accumulate trips beyond two tariff plan limits (more than 80 or 140 trips, depending on the tariff plans used). When you top up your card, trips in excess of the specified limits will expire.

Tariff plans are valid for all types of public transport in Krasnoyarsk (bus, tram, trolleybus, city train).

Transfers within 90 minutes will not work when using tariff plans.

In order to take advantage of the new tariff plans on the transport card, you must activate the “Tariff Plans on the Transport Card” extension at any of the post offices or at the Telecomservice cash desks.
In the future, you can top up your transport card, as before, at post offices, at Platezhka terminals and at the ticket offices of the Telecomservice company.

Transport cards have begun to be issued in the Yaroslavl region. After receiving the card, you must activate it. Tula public transport is gradually switching to a cashless fare payment system. The initiator of the modernization is the Regional Unified Information and Settlement Center JSC, which will take over the function of managing the system.

Since January 1, 2015, the UEC has become the main means of providing travel for privileged categories of citizens. For those who refused to issue a Universal Electronic Card or for some reason did not receive it, OEIRC JSC has provided the opportunity to replenish the Social Travel Card (SP), which is currently in the hands of beneficiaries, as a temporary means of payment.

The transition of preferential categories of passengers to the use of UEC is provided as part of the implementation of a cashless fare payment system. The technical basis for implementing the project in the region has already been laid: every municipal tram, trolleybus and bus has special validators (more than 600). For the regional Ministry of Transport and Roads, the use of the system will provide an effective tool for managing passenger transportation in Tula, and then throughout the region. Information about each trip is displayed in the program of the Regional Unified Information and Settlement Center. Based on the data provided by the OEIRTs, the Ministry of Transport will be able to quickly redistribute rolling stock, rebuild existing routes or create new ones in accordance with the needs of citizens.

Also, starting from January 2015, passengers who do not belong to preferential categories of citizens can pay for travel using a plastic transport card (TC). Passengers will be able to purchase TC at the kiosks of Rospechat (list of addresses) and the SPAR chain of stores. The card is replenishable and can serve as an electronic wallet. Separately, it is worth noting that minimizing cash turnover makes the directions of not only the flow of passengers, but also financial resources. Increased financial discipline among carriers should have a positive impact on tax revenues to the regional budget.
