At the dacha of famous people. The most luxurious houses of Russian stars

28.06.2020 Society and culture

It's always interesting to peek into keyhole"behind the life of the stars. Sometimes you don’t have to do this - they themselves are happy to share their home footage, like Anastasia Volochkova, for example. Others, on the contrary, are very reluctant to show their personal territory, like Garik Kharlamov and his wife Christina Asmus. In this collection we will show the houses of these and several other famous people from the inside.

Anastasia Volochkova

The ballerina and her daughter Ariadna live in a three-story mansion in Novo-Uryupino, near Moscow. According to rough estimates, the house cost her $2 million, but it was purchased before the crisis times of 2014 - now its value is much higher.

On Anastasia Volochkova’s Instagram, the chic main staircase, elegant sofa and snow-white (as well as most of interiors) a piano given to Anastasia by Nikolai Baskov. In this video, he is played by Nikita Dzhigurda, a good friend of the ballerina.

The design of Volochkova’s bedroom seemed to be inspired by Disney cartoons about princesses: white color, crystal, bent legs, stucco molding and other luxuries in the Rococo style are everywhere. The walls and ceilings of the house are decorated with frescoes.

If you believe the plan of the ballerina’s house floating on the Internet, on the ground floor of the cottage there are technical rooms, a garage, a bathroom, a kitchen and dining room, a dressing room, and a hotel fireplace room.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, the hostess's holy of holies - a boudoir, also known as an office, as well as two dressing rooms. The third floor is dedicated to a games area and a gym.

Sergey Lazarev

Sergey Lazarev rarely “shines” interiors in in social networks, but pleases fans with touching photographs with her son and new pet - a Bengal cat named Tigger. But still, what the singer’s house looks like is no secret.

Lazarev has an apartment in the center of Moscow - a 2-room “bachelor pad” in dark colors: a large kitchen-dining room, a bedroom and a home studio.

Several years ago, Sergei bought a dacha for his mother in the Moscow region, but he himself often enjoys visiting the cottage.

The country-style interiors, devoid of pomposity, are made of high-quality materials and with taste.

The walls in the house are decorated with imitation timber. The kitchen area in Provence style is made in pastel mint colors.

The decoration of the dining and living area is a fireplace, on the side of which there is a deep sofa of blue color. The walls are decorated with portraits of Lazarev himself.

Garik Kharlamov and Christina Asmus

Soon after the wedding, this bright couple had to buy new housing, since Garik Kharlamov left his apartment to his first wife, and Christina Asmus did not have one at all. But now the couple and their daughter Nastya live in a spacious and bright house, the location of which they do not advertise, and they rarely publish photos. This is their personal territory, where outsiders have no access. Presumably, their cottage is located in the village of Barvikha Club.

But from the rare footage you can guess that Garik and Christina decided to decorate their home in a classic style. The interior design is dominated by light colors.

You can see what the living room and hallway of their house look like in this video from the New Year's 2018 celebration. Garik and Christina abandoned their principles and showed subscribers how their celebration was going.

And what an interesting bright green sofa!

Most often, spouses are photographed in the kitchen.

The family's favorites are Basenji Bruce and toy terrier Patrick. Both sleep with their owners.

Nikolay Baskov

The golden baritone of Russia lives in a 320-meter apartment (I dare not call this apartment an apartment) on Prechistenskaya Embankment.

This is a gift to Nikolai Baskov for his 35th birthday from billionaire Telman Ismailov, a big fan of his work. The cost of apartments in this building starts from $3 million; Baskov’s apartment cost about 10.

The arrangement of the home cost the singer, according to various estimates, around 1 million euros.

Designer Valentin Yudashkin helped furnish the apartments in an imperial style reminiscent of France during the time of Louis XIV.

The apartment has two living rooms, one of which contains a luxurious black grand piano. Otherwise, the dominant color scheme is white and gold. Baskov also has two bedrooms: blue and, again, light golden.

The apartment plan also includes a kitchen, a dressing room, two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi) and an office.

Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva

In 2016, showman Pavel Volya, his wife, gymnast Laysan Utyasheva, and their children Sofia and Robert moved to Spain. However, both often fly to Russia for work, so the family did not give up the 170-meter townhouse on Novorizhskoe Highway.

It is unknown how much this house cost. True, Pavel hinted that it cost three times more than a 3-room apartment within Moscow. Some sources indicate a price of 16 million rubles.

The interiors of the house sometimes appear on Laysan’s Instagram. Here, for example, is a bedroom with an impressive black set and blue paintings above the headboard.

Yulia Baranovskaya

After her divorce from Andrei Arshavin, TV presenter Yulia Baranovskaya and her three children moved from London to Moscow. In 2017, the family purchased their own home instead of a rented one. With the help of designers from the TV show “The Perfect Renovation,” the apartment was transformed, choosing Art Deco as the main style, reminiscent of the 60s.

The apartment consists of a large living room, Julia's bedroom and children's rooms. Most often, the living room appears in the frame, divided into a dining area and a relaxation area with a sofa and TV. The interior is dominated by gray and light beige shades with bright yellow accents.

The girl’s bedroom is very delicate, white and blue, all decorative elements are carefully selected in color and style.

And in this video you can clearly see the hallway in which the steam cabinet is installed.

Apartments of Russian pop stars

Country house of Philip Kirkorov and his children. The design is made in the style of Italian neoclassicism. And what is family comfort without gold? Of course not! The cost of housing for the King of Pop is about $12 million. The house is located on a peninsula in the Myakininskaya floodplain of the Moscow River.

The area of Kirkorov's apartment in Moscow is 260 square meters, very modest apartments, but there is everything here and everything is very expensive. For example, a sofa made of eel skin from Roberto Cavalli.

Property in Russia is not the limit; there is a house in Bulgaria and living space in the USA.

The design is uniform and only using expensive brands.

In the footage, the singer is sad in a starry apartment in Bulgaria.

The most expensive, according to Forbes magazine, Russian pop singer Stas Mikhailov lives on Rublyovka in a house worth under a million euros.

Mikhailov also owns an apartment in one of the most expensive Moscow housing complexes.

Another expensive house belongs to Maxim Galkin. The palace occupies a hectare and costs half a billion rubles.

It costs no less interior decoration. Experts assure that only ceramic tiles for the kitchen are more expensive than the house itself.

Needless to say, this is not the only home of the star couple.

The golden voice of the stage - Nikolai Baskov owns an apartment in the elite residential complex "Barkli Plaza", which is located 300 meters from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. It is reported that the apartment was given to the singer by a fan of his work, billionaire Telman Ismailov.

The apartment was furnished by Valentin Yudashkin.

According to media reports, Nikolai Baskov spent about one million euros on repairs. Apartment of 320 sq. meters costs no more than $10 million.

An apartment in Moscow is not the only gift to Nikolai from the former owner of the Cherkizovsky market; he also presented the singer with a villa in Antalya.

Mansion with an area of 400 sq. meters contained two living rooms, decorated with gold and brocade, four bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as two loggias and a Turkish hammam.

The ballerina lives in two houses: in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Volochkova had trouble with her apartment in St. Petersburg: the star did not pay more than $140 thousand to the contractors who did the renovations.

Huge chandeliers, gilded sconces, candelabra, curtains, many mirrors, expensive furniture and plumbing.

The mansion in Moscow cost about $3 million.

Joseph Kobzon has many residential residences both in Moscow and beyond.

The most expensive house is considered to be a family residence, which is estimated at 260 million rubles.

Valery Leontyev is the happy owner of a three-story apartment in one of the old buildings in Moscow. Valery Yakovlevich’s friend, designer and architect Pavel Fridman, worked on the design of the apartment.

Valery Leontyev's house in Spain has a calmer interior than the leopard-print apartment in the Russian capital.

All furniture, lamps and fabrics are made according to the sketches of decorator Gaban O'Keeffe.

The walls of the living room are decorated with panels of aged mirrors.

Alexander Tsekalo suffers from gigantomania, and Vladimir Solovyov is surrounded by many enemies

When building a dream house, the owner tries to realize all his ideas in it and make it as comfortable as possible for himself and his family. Our stars are no exception. Sometimes the dachas of celebrities are distinguished by their wildest fantasies. With the help of the famous private realtor Maxim CHEPURA, we compiled a rating of celebrity mansions, calculating approximately how much the artists would earn if they put their buildings up for sale right now.

And psychologist Natalya VARSKAYA tried to characterize the personalities of their owners using the facades of houses. For the purity of the experiment, we did not tell our experts who exactly owned which house.

Maksim Galkin I recognize Galkin’s “chambers”, spread out over a hectare of land. True, it is not clear why Maxim needed such a castle, but even if he ever decides to sell it, he will not be able to find a buyer. If only not his devoted billionaire admirer. Such a house will always be associated with the first owner. In the future, such a building can only be repurposed into a hotel or holiday home. According to the most conservative estimates, the interior decoration and decoration of a house can cost three times more than the object itself.
Psychologist: Everything is simple to the point of banality: the owner loves to impress people and be the center of attention. He enjoys great authority in certain circles. And Vladimir Solovyov is surrounded by many enemies

Yuri Bashmet

Psychologist: The owner of this house probably had a poor childhood. Pronounced ambition and desire to manage. Doesn't like to let strangers into his life. Maybe he even has some kind of Bluebeard secret.
Maksim Galkin It will be almost impossible to sell such a huge territory. Most likely, the owner will not do this - the house will be inherited. The big minus is that the mansion is located next to the highway. The noise from cars makes life unbearable for household members.

Andrey Konchalovsky

Psychologist: A person lives here who is distrustful and not very positive. For him, the main thing is that those around him listen and obey. He can be cruel at times. This may be due to the fact that he believes that goals are more important than people.

Nikita Mikhalkov

Psychologist: Master at heart. It can be different, but more often - a good-natured person with with an open heart. We are vulnerable, but easy-going, although we never forgive major insults.
Maksim Galkin The place is legendary and prestigious, and the prices here are among the highest. One hundred square meters here costs about $110 thousand. Such estates look like real ones family estates, which, in fact, have no price. On the one hand, it is strange and unusual for modern man that on the vast territory (about a hectare) there are almost no additional buildings. On the other hand, I know from experience that it is precisely this kind of space and silence that every city resident dreams of.

Yuri Antonov

Psychologist: There is definitely greed in the owner. A man of the “kurkul” type, as people say.
Maksim Galkin This three-story mansion looks like a real Russian noble estate and a Soviet Palace of Culture at the same time. Apparently intended for a large family. Cozy and tasteful. A house like this, put up for sale, will go down the drain.

Joseph Kobzon

Psychologist: Either the ancestors of the owner of this house knew what a good life, or a person has dreamed of being like such people since childhood.
Maksim Galkin The estate consists of several houses, all of them made of high quality building materials. The interior decoration is also probably not cheap, so the cost of finishing can be as much as the mansion itself with a plot in addition.

Alla Pugacheva

Psychologist: It seems that the house was built as a mini-hotel. Either the owner planned to rent out the premises, or he likes to invite family and friends. But he certainly doesn’t lack an entrepreneurial spirit.
Maksim Galkin A big plus is that the house is located away from others. In addition, there is a forest all around, and a pond nearby automatically equates this place to a dream cottage. The mansion was built using high-quality building materials in a classic style. This one will last for 100 years and will always be valuable. In my understanding, this is exactly how it should be Vacation home: quiet, green, fresh and no one around.

Valentin Yudashkin

Psychologist: For the person who built such a house, punctuality is most important. He got used to a certain routine. Likes to manage people and processes.
Maksim Galkin Minskoe Highway occupies third position in the list of priority destinations near Moscow, and Bakovka is one of the most expensive places. But today buying real estate here is unfashionable and unprofitable. Difficult transport accessibility and overly inflated prices can scare away buyers. The mansion is very archaic. You can look for buyers for this for a long time.

Alexander Tsekalo

Psychologist: Strange house. You don't need to be a psychologist to understand: his owner is trying to realize all his hidden fantasies in him. Gigantomania is clearly visible here. Perhaps the reason is some serious complex. And, most likely, coming from childhood.
Maksim Galkin If we take into account the cost including finishing, the price can reach more than half a billion rubles. Now the house is under construction, and it is difficult to imagine what else the owner will think of to build on the site. A house made in high-tech style will certainly be the most noticeable in the village. An unusual facade, exclusive design, elite building materials - selling the property will be problematic.

Alexander Malinin

Psychologist: This person can be different: for some he is gentle and faithful, for others he is cruel and narcissistic. His goal in life is the desire to embrace the immensity.
Maksim Galkin A very nice house both in terms of architectural design and color scheme, what is not less important. All existing buildings are made with extreme care and in the same style, successfully harmonizing. Made with taste and love. An ideal home for a happy large family.

Masha Rasputina

Psychologist: From his youth, a person tries to prove to others that he is no worse than others, and sometimes even much better. Childish and slightly unsure of himself.
Maksim Galkin The house is fabulous, even like a toy. It’s immediately obvious: the owner is a woman; a man, I think, would not allow himself such an abundance of pink shades. Successful landscape design. But the project is too individual and therefore not attractive for sale.

Ivan Urgant

Psychologist: Perceives only himself and his point of view. Clearly egocentric. He strives by any means to occupy people's attention with himself.
Maksim Galkin Extremely unusual shape mansion. Against the backdrop of classic dachas it looks like something cosmic. There are too many outbuildings: one gets the impression that what is in front of one’s eyes is a factory, not a home for a family. The owner is clearly building to last! Subsequently, such a domina will be of interest to few buyers.

Tigran Keosayan and Alena Khmelnitskaya

Psychologist: A supporter of everything Western. He wants to be valued not in the narrow context of his family, but far beyond its borders.

Alexander Lazarev

Psychologist: It seems to me that he is a very open and sociable person. There are no people who wouldn't like him. Honest, trusting, prone to compassion.
Maksim Galkin Both houses look very modern - classic and Mediterranean style. But they require cosmetic repairs. This may reduce the price somewhat, but not significantly. Moreover, I am sure that the new owners will not rush into restructuring.

Vladimir Pozner

Psychologist: Definitely a very creative person. The traditions of his ancestors are overly important to him.
Maksim Galkin The house was built a long time ago and without any frills. The latter is a big plus when selling. But, even despite the proximity of the airport, this place is considered elite, which is why the dachas here are not cheap.

Alexander Gradsky

Psychologist: The owner of the house is a pedant and values stability. He is surrounded by many people, he is constantly in contact with someone. But he often gets tired of communication, so he often needs personal space, to which outsiders are not allowed to enter.
Maksim Galkin This is one of the oldest dacha places; houses here have always been valued. The proximity of the airport does not bother buyers. Even during the “hot” season, several super-expensive mansions are sold here. The house with columns and spacious balconies was built in a classical style, I would even say in the Soviet style. In my opinion, such an object may be of interest to older people; young people today prefer something more whimsical.

Leonid Yarmolnik

Psychologist: The owner is a great visionary, a dreamer and the owner of an artistic gift. As a child, I probably loved fairy tales, adventure stories and mischief.
Maksim Galkin Simplicity and nothing superfluous. The pool on site is always popular. But there is a feeling that the house was built quite a long time ago, and it is clear that it needs repairs. You can't sell it for too much! A good option for those who want to buy a dacha in a prestigious location for a reasonable price. I'm just afraid that the repairs might cost more.

Mikhail Shats and Tatyana Lazareva

Psychologist: It is felt that the owner has experienced little real happiness and joy in life. Often feels misunderstanding. He treats his own appearance without fanaticism.
Maksim Galkin Classical country house, nothing remarkable or interesting. He has no personality. There are a lot of them on the market. The picture is spoiled by a dubious wooden shed in the corner and a dump of building materials. If I were the owners, I would at least paint the house some fun colors. It wouldn't hurt him to make a mess. Boring option.

Vladimir Soloviev

Psychologist: A nervous person, sometimes it comes to the point of bile. Has many enemies. Maybe that's where the irritation comes from. Open only with those closest to you.
Maksim Galkin Two pretty good houses - a three-story mansion and a house with a veranda. A very modest plot of land by today's standards. In my opinion, there is not enough space for a large family or friendly gatherings.

Alexander Domogarov

Psychologist: There is clearly an inquisitive and sociable person living here. I would say that the owner of this house has an easy, flexible character. A huge number of ideas swarm in his head, but not global ones.
Maksim Galkin In this elite gated community there are about
20 house buildings located in a forested area. The home in the photo looks quite simple, but thanks to the rather large area land plot and a convenient location to communications, it looks quite cozy. The territory is spacious, there are no unnecessary objects or pretentious buildings. As they say, everything you need for quiet happiness. I think the house would attract many buyers.

Think about it!
Today, most country houses near Moscow are built in the classical style. The average area of land is 10 - 12 acres, and the average area of cottages is from 500 to two thousand square meters. meters. But there are also objects of six to eight thousand square meters. meters. Average level prices for such mansions in elite locations are $8 million. For comparison: a similar building in Marbella (Spain) will cost a maximum of 1.5 million euros.

By the way
The mansion of Briton Stuart Hughes in Switzerland is considered the most expensive house in the world. The cost of an object with an area of 725 sq. m is estimated at 7.5 billion euros. 200 tons of gold and platinum were used during construction.

Most city dwellers prefer to spend weekends at their dachas. Celebrities are no exception. They also try to live away from the noise of the city and prying eyes. Where exactly?

Dirt, Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway

It took Maxim Galkin more than five years to build the six-story castle, decorated with marble. At 3000 sq. m housed a gym, swimming pool, sauna, cinema room, office, library, billiard room, several bedrooms and living rooms. The neighbors are Larisa Dolina.

The house is over 50 years old. It was built by Natalya Petrovna Konchalovskaya, mother of Andrei Konchalovsky. At that time this place was not considered fashionable, and there was an ordinary village nearby.

They also live on Nikolina Gora Vera Glagoleva, Lolita, Alexander Malinin, Nikita Mikhalkov.

Darya Dontsova, A plot of land (80 acres) 30 km from Moscow along Novorizhskoye Highway was purchased 10 years ago.

– I live outside the city all the time. It is much quieter here than in Moscow, and the journey to the city takes a little time. I don’t do much housekeeping, except that I walk the dogs, and my husband takes care of the flowers. As soon as it gets warmer, we hang a hammock between the trees and arrange cots. I lie on one of them, on the other - dogs or visiting cats. IN a huge number Mushrooms grow in the area. The guests are trying to collect them, but I don’t let them: in case they get poisoned. Two crazy squirrels are running through the trees, an owl is flying in. To relax at the dacha, you need... to understand that it exists for relaxation.

“I really like living outside the city,” says Boris. - This is my dream house! I really love the color red, so every room has something red in its design.

It’s closer and easier for me to travel from my dacha to work than from a city apartment,” says Alexander Belyaev. - I almost live here all year round. I take care of the lawn myself - mowing and watering it. I also listen to birds singing in the morning. Favorite hobby.

Also on the Kiev highway they live in Krekshino: Leonid Agutin And Angelika Varum,Vladimir Vinokur, Lev Leshchenko, Natasha Koroleva And Sergei Glushko.

IN Peredelkino: Evgeny Evtushenko, Vladimir Solovyov.

Olga Prokofieva, actress, (“My Fair Nanny”, STS). The plot was purchased in the village. Zhavoronki (Belarusian direction). At first there were 10 acres, now - 21.

– The house was built in Soviet times. It was impossible to get bricks; they built from old ones. The women (me, my mother and my sister Larisa) sat in a circle, sang a song and... cleaned off the remaining cement from the bricks. Then we completed the third floor and made a billiard room there. I don’t have a cult of gardening, but what can compare with the first radish grown with my own hands? To relax at the dacha, you need... to get together with the whole big family.

Ekaterina Semenova, actress

Plot (6 acres) 2 km from the station. Monino (Yaroslavl road) was inherited from my grandparents.

For me, a dacha is an absolute disconnect from life,” admits Ekaterina. - I don't do anything there. I just breathe fresh air and, lying on the grass under the trees, read books that I don’t have time for in the city. Sometimes friends come, then we grill kebabs and have philosophical conversations. I don’t garden - maybe that will come with age? To relax in the country, you need... sun, a hammock and good book.

Oleg Gazmanov, singer.Plot (18 acres) in Serebryany Bor,I built the house myself.

I don’t have vegetable gardens at my dacha; I don’t grow potatoes there. But I plant trees. There are already about 600 of them. Pines, thujas, spruces and cedars. 7 years ago, my colleagues, TV presenters, musicians, and I held an action called “Plant a Victory Tree in Serebryany Bor.” And to relax at the dacha, you need... to take a shovel and do a good job.

Alla Dovlatova, actress("Secrecy of the investigation").I bought a plot of land (20 acres) in the village of Krekshino (Kiev direction) 9 years ago from the singer Valeria.

After purchasing the house, we tore down the second floor and rebuilt it. Former owners They looked after the area well, and we got well-groomed trees around which I planted tulips. We also built playgrounds with slides and swings for our eldest daughter. Now his son plays there, and soon his youngest daughter will join him. If it weren’t for traffic jams, I would live in the country all year round! To relax at the dacha, you need the sun to shine and everyone to have a day off.

Lyudmila Senchina, singer. Pos. Gruzino near St. Petersburg.

I bought this house in the town of Gruzino, where there are many summer cottages for actors and musicians, almost 25 years ago. Then I suddenly wanted silence and fresh air. Gradually the building was insulated, water and heating installed. Still, life in nature should be comfortable. My dacha is for relaxation. I don't grow anything here. Although I have an assistant who does all the work on the site.

Arina Sharapova (" Good morning", "First channel")

I bought a dacha on Kashirskoye Highway 30 km from Moscow myself.

“I used to stay overnight at the dacha even on weekdays. And at 5 am I left for work. But now there are such traffic jams... I don’t like to plant on the site, but I like to take care of the plants. I also love it when friends come to the dacha. This happened more often before. To relax at the dacha, you need a lot of people - sit at the table, drink tea and talk interesting stories.

Nikolai Lukinsky, comedian. The dacha was bought 11 years ago in Malakhovka outside Lyubertsy

“I didn’t even imagine that I could live outside the city,” says Nikolai. - 16 years ago we rented a dacha here in Malakhovka outside Lyubertsy. Then we bought a small dacha. And when a village began to be built nearby, we purchased this plot with a foundation. Three years later, the brick house was built, my wife and I spent the night in it for the first time, and in the morning I said that I would never leave here again. Wonderful air, silence and a place that we have already grown to love.

Our house is 200 square meters, it has two floors, three bedrooms, two offices, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a basement-gym. My wife and I live together, our daughters are already adults. The eldest, Olga, gets third higher education in pharmacology, lives and studies in Spain. And the youngest, Dasha, graduated from the Institute of Management, got married, and her grandson Lesha will be three years old in September. We are glad when they come to visit us. Next year, by the way, it will be 35 years since my wife Irina and I have lived together. The plot is 10 acres, there is room to roam. In one part of the property we created a relaxation corner where you can sit, look at the water, and read a book. But at the dacha you can’t relax all the time. Once a week I mow the lawn - it's not a woman's job. If I need to dig up something serious, I also do it myself. When we planted the Christmas trees, we gave them names: Arsyusha, Sonya, Henrietta - in honor of the children of our friends.

In another part of the site there is a gazebo with a barbecue. I placed the gazebo, as it turned out later, in the very sunny place. It was so hot that it was impossible to stay in it. Then we planted grapes, they wrapped around the gazebo, and it became comfortable. In hot weather it is cool, in windy weather it is warm. In the summer we have lunch there.

A miracle happened - my first own apartment. And, naturally, now all my thoughts are occupied by choosing the color of the walls, designing the kitchen, finding exactly “my” furniture and other seemingly lovely chores. But that was not the case - in fact, from all the variety of proposed design solutions, it is very difficult to create exactly what you have been dreaming about for so long. To be honest, my brain is simply melting from the number of ideas and ideas. In my search for inspiration, naturally, I couldn’t ignore the apartments and houses of celebrities. So, in what conditions do celebrities live, love and raise their children?

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's Long Island home

This house on Long Island is Gwyneth’s pride, because the actress created its interior herself, without outside help. This is noticeable to the naked eye - the interior created by Gwyneth is very reminiscent of herself in its elegance and femininity.

Gwyneth chose to paint her home light colors– white, beige, silver. Bright elements in the form of flowers in vases, paintings and sofa cushions add cheerfulness and liveliness to the interior. However, this house, according to Gwyneth, was created not for active pastime, but for rest and relaxation.

Gwyneth Apple's little daughter chose the furniture for her room herself. It turned out very cute and girly. Who among us as a child did not dream of a pink canopy bed?

Of course, Gwyneth and Chris are wealthy people and can afford not just one home, but several. The design of this apartment reminds me of Gwyneth’s own outfits – minimalism with elements of luxury. The actress took an active part in arranging her home, but despite all her efforts and, indeed, luxurious furniture, renovations and decorative elements, the apartment looks somehow cold and even sterile. I can’t imagine Chris Martin walking around in jeans and a sweatshirt, but I can’t imagine the celestial Gwyneth.

The apartment has a lot of interesting unusual furniture. For example, this swing sofa made from an Indian door, even the chains of which, according to Gwyneth herself, look like a work of art, or a dining table like a restaurant booth.

The Paltrow-Martin couple bought this Manhattan apartment in 2007 for $5.1 million. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 terraces - very modest by star standards.

Hank Azaria's house in California

A very cozy house, in which there is a place for gatherings with friends, and for playing with children, and for relaxing alone with an interesting book in hand. I have always been delighted by bathrooms the size of a small apartment - they accommodate not only the bathtub itself and everything that comes with it, but also soft cozy chairs, a sofa and even a fireplace.

The house was built in 1932 (really, for centuries!) and is located at the foot of the mountains - I can imagine the view from there!

Dennis Quaid Ranch in Texas

Dennis bought the house in 1999 for $1.8 million and converted it into a rustic-style equestrian estate. After reconstruction, the house increased in price to 14 million dollars. The house has 15 rooms, 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms (Quaid and his wife have separate ones - Denny loves the sauna, and his wife loves the jacuzzi), a professional kitchen, a swimming pool, a spa and a wine cellar. In general, everything is very modest.

Sheryl Crow's Hollywood estate

Cheryl's estate is 11 acres on which there are three houses - a Spanish colonial-style house where the singer herself lives with her two sons, an early 20th century bungalow and a 19th century cottage, which are used as homes for guests and relatives.

Cheryl invited a designer to decorate her home, but their collaboration ended ahead of schedule– the designer sent the singer an antique carpet, which did not fit into the budget for the entire project.

Without hesitation, Cheryl realized that it would be better to design the house herself. Whole year She lived without furniture, but slowly and surely created her dream home with many interesting details and elements that reflect her personality. For example, in the living room, an antique bicycle hangs from the ceiling, and an antique shelf is decorated with handmade figurines in the form of skulls and dolls. In general, Cheryl gives great importance interior details, because they create the mood of the whole house:

On one of my trips to Paris, I found a set of eight club chairs at a flea market. These were classic art deco and at a great price.

Ben Stiller's Spanish-style California home

Ben initially bought one house with five bedrooms worth $1.8 million, but this was not enough for him and he bought a neighboring cottage, connecting his two gallery homes. The house was designed by decorative artists who worked on the film “Duplex” (starring Stiller). Now the total cost of the house is 12.5 million dollars. According to experts, the landscape design alone cost the actor 1 million greenbacks. But it all looks incredibly beautiful.

Country house of writer Danielle Steel

Ms. Steele calls this California home her retreat. According to the writer, she dreamed of such a home for a very long time, but none of her husbands shared her dreams. After numerous divorces and nine children, Daniela finally realized her dream.

The main theme of the house is these hearts. They can be found everywhere: as a small arch at the porch of a house, images of hearts on pillows and paintings.

The painting in the living room shows a pink Olympia typewriter, the same machine Danielle Steel uses to type her many novels.

Courteney Cox's house in Malibu

The house where Courtney lives was built in the 50s of the last century. An estate that, in addition to the main house, has a guest cottage, a tennis court and a seawater swimming pool. When Courtney was designing this house, all her workers were in a real panic - they say that the actress is very meticulous, she even chose the color of the tennis court with special care. At first she was given samples of ten colors, but none of them suited her taste. Then the whole team had to mix paints to achieve exactly the smoky shade that Courtney had in mind. But then the actress could say with confidence: “This is exactly what I want.”
