How long does it take to replace a passport based on age at 20/45 years?

According to the FMS Order No. 339 “On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Federal Migration Service for the provision of public services for the issuance, replacement and execution of the state function of recording passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation, identifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation” dated December 7, 2009. a new passport must be issued within ten days, starting from the day the required package of documents is accepted by FMS employees. Reasons for refusal

We pay the state duty

One of the reasons why a passport may not be issued is unpaid state duty. It can be paid online on the State Services portal, if this option is available for your region, or you can use any alternative method, for example, pay at Sberbank.
