There is a need to diversify the forms of work with children in a kindergarten, taking into account the individual characteristics of children, health status, the formation of children’s interest and desire to engage in physical exercise. In our kindergarten Both traditional forms of physical education and health work are carried out, as well as non-traditional ones: monthly Health Days, hiking excursions, logarithmics and Pilates classes. Pilates classes are ideal for children with postural problems (stooping, scoliosis). The ability to perform Pilates exercises and the habit of Pilates classes allow children to maintain the natural development of the body. Parents should think for a moment about how much time their children spend doing sitting activities: playing at the table, watching TV or at the computer, all of these activities put a lot of stress on the children's spine. Not all parents know that while the child is sitting in a chair, the child's spine experiences greater pressure compared to what it is exposed to while the baby is standing or moving. In the human body a large number of muscles, and their harmonious development is required from childhood. If you train your muscles from an early age, for example, by regularly doing Pilates exercises, your child will develop a strong and strong muscular frame, which will serve to protect the spine from possible deformations. If there are prepared children, then the child demonstrates these exercises, and then the children perform the exercise at a free pace on their own. Slowly raise your torso and hold for a few seconds. “Rubber muscles” The child sits, one leg is extended forward, the other is bent at the knee. Emphasis on the hand. We tilt the torso towards the arm, which is standing point-blank, so that it bends at the elbow. Exercise “Snake” The child lies in a prone position. Raises his shoulders up, straightening his arms at the elbows. Lowers himself down while lying down.

In fact, by using Pilates, parents can gently regulate both the physical and mental state of their offspring, which is especially important in the face of growing problems of hyperactivity and obesity in children. However, there are certain contraindications regarding the health of children, for which Pilates classes are not recommended. Firstly, these are inflammatory processes of any nature. Secondly, mental illness, and thirdly, the serious condition of the child.

TRAINING RULES

If these contraindications do not exist, then parents can safely begin classes with their child. However, you should know how to start, conduct and finish children's Pilates correctly. To begin with, it is worth determining the initial age threshold. Experts say that the age of seven years is considered the most effective for introducing children to the Pilates system. But the first steps can already be taken at the age of three. The first minutes of training should be devoted to warming up the muscles, carried out in the usual form of morning exercises. The set of exercises itself must consist of constant alternation of stretching and soft loads on the muscles. At the same time, it is important to pay attention to all body systems in training, creating your own complex. Parents are required to monitor their child’s sensations, stopping the exercise at the first sign of pain. The training is completed with mandatory stretching routines. Parents should remember that this type of training can be carried out no more than three times a week.

SET OF EXERCISES

Depending on the age of the child, experts identify special Pilates systems for children. Exercises vary in age groups 3-6 years and from 7 years. So, the second group of exercises consists of an “adult complex”. The first group has its own set.

For example, "Squirrel". To do this, you should stand straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Next, gently and smoothly tilt your head to one shoulder for a count of 1-4 and inhale. Return your head to the starting position as you exhale on a count of 5-8. The number of repetitions does not matter, but experts recommend doing it at least 4 times.

After it you should perform “Bicycle”. For this, the child needs to lie on his side, straightened up. Leaning on the arm bent at the elbow, with the leg located on top, perform circular movements, making a full circle on a count of 1-8.

“Snake” is perfect for stretching the spine. For this, the child must roll over onto his stomach with his arms bent near his chest. Tightening his abdominal muscles, he extends his arms forward for a count of 1-4, inhaling. Then they smoothly pull their arms to their chest, exhaling on a count of 5-8.

Stretching and muscle training will be provided by performing the “Turtle” exercise. To perform it, the child lies on his back, stretching his arms and legs to the sides. On the count of 1-2, inhaling, the baby smoothly “twists”, wrapping his arms around his legs. On the count of 3-4, exhaling, unwinds.

The quality of human potential today is of paramount importance both at the regional level and at the municipal level. And man is, first of all, health, life itself and only then derivatives - intelligence, labor potential, level of education in the generally accepted sense, etc.
